1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Gulf Jobs ("we", "our", "the Agency") and any application you submit through this platform. By submitting an application and paying the processing fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Gulf Jobs is a licensed overseas recruitment agency operating under the National Employment Authority (NEA) of Kenya. We connect Kenyan job seekers with verified employers in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Jordan.

2. Services & Scope

Gulf Jobs provides the following services to applicants upon receipt of the processing fee:

• Application assessment and suitability review
• Profile and CV refinement by our recruitment team
• Document verification and due diligence
• Administrative processing and candidate profiling
• Active submission of your profile to suitable, verified Gulf employers
• Status tracking and updates via this platform

We do not charge employers for recruitment; all candidate fees are paid directly by the applicant via M-Pesa.

3. Processing Fee Policy

A non-refundable processing fee is required to activate your application. The fee varies by job category and is clearly displayed before submission. Payment is made via M-Pesa STK Push. A receipt and unique reference number are issued upon confirmation.

The processing fee is non-refundable once your application has been accepted and processing has begun, regardless of the outcome of the placement process.

If payment is made but your application cannot be processed for reasons attributable solely to Gulf Jobs (e.g. duplicate submission, ineligible category), a full refund will be issued within 14 business days.

4. No Guarantee of Placement

The processing fee covers application assessment, profile/CV refinement, document verification and administrative processes. It does not guarantee job placement.

However, your profile will be actively submitted to suitable companies until a match is found. Final placement depends on factors including but not limited to: employer demand, interview performance, medical fitness clearance, background checks, and visa approval by the destination country. Gulf Jobs makes no guarantee as to the timeline or outcome of any placement.

5. Candidate Obligations

By submitting an application you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate, truthful, and complete
• You are a Kenyan citizen aged 18 years or above
• You are not currently employed under a contract that prohibits overseas employment
• You will promptly obtain or renew a valid Kenyan passport when required
• You will cooperate with medical examinations, background checks, and interviews as arranged by Gulf Jobs or the employer
• You will not pay any additional fees to Gulf Jobs beyond the stated processing fee without written authorisation

Submission of false or misleading information will result in immediate cancellation of your application without refund.

6. Data Privacy

We collect personal data (name, national ID, phone, email, CV, and documents) solely for the purpose of processing your application and matching you with suitable employers. Your data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties.

By applying, you consent to Gulf Jobs sharing your profile and documents with verified prospective employers in Gulf countries for the purpose of recruitment. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to any legal retention obligations.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the National Employment Authority (NEA) or a competent Kenyan court of law.

Gulf Jobs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
